If autumn isn't your favorite season, what is? And if autumn is your favorite season, why?

- My favorite season growing up was summer (as it tends to be with children), but as I got older, I began enjoying autumn more especially after such hot humid Virginia summers. The cool weather is heaven-sent.

What is your favorite thing that you do each autumn?

- I enjoy shopping for warmer clothes. When I was still living in the country I loved taking walks down the road. The best time to start was when the sun went down and as I was returning home the streetlights were just coming on.

What are a couple of your favorite autumn memories?

- Like above I loved taking long walks in the country.

What book most reminds you of the autumn? Movie?

- Caddie Woodlawn takes place throughout the seasons, but because they live up north there's a lot of detail about nature and also school plays a large role in the story as well.

Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban have some great autumn aesthetics.

What is your favorite drink for the season?

- I like seasonal teas like ginger and cinnamon and of course, hot chocolate

What is one new thing you want to do this autumn?

- Make a pie

Do you decorate for the autumn? If so, how soon? If not, why?

- Our apartment is small so I'm not able to really decorate until Christmas

What is your favorite way to celebrate Thanksgiving?

- When I'm am my parents, we get up, eat pie and drink punch and watch the parade. Then after the parade we watch the National Dog Show in Philadelphia. If my sister is hosting Thanksgiving we drive to her house in Williamsburg. This year my husband and I are going to his grandparents then afterwards we're going to Williamsburg for the Thanksgiving weekend.

What color makes you think most of autumn?

- Orange

Type up a list of ten words or names that encapsulate the season of autumn for you.

- Clear, woodsy, orange, bright, calm, serene, windy, chilly, sweaters, tea.

Thank you for your comments : )

I love getting comments, long or short, whether you agree with me or not. .

Just be kind. I don't tolerate any rudeness at all. So just be careful with what you write and how you write it.
