Bounce on over to Heidi's site to take part in her month long blog party!
Read about her guidelines as to her description to an epic storyline H E R E.
As the blog party is a month long, I'm going to review two movies.
A Knight's Tale (2001)
The Mask of Zorro (1998)
What's a good blog party without a giveaway?
A paperback copy of Hodges and Hyman's St. George and the Dragon
A Lord of the Rings wall hanging.

1) …fight a dragon or a giant?
- A giant like Fezzik would probably be easier
2) …time travel back to ancient Egypt or go to Mars?
- Ancient Egypt!
3) …explore a deep dark cave or a long lost, underwater city?
- Even though I can't swim that well, I would definitely want to explore an underwater city.
4) …be a court jester or lead a wagon train?
- Lead a wagon train
5) …eat a meal with hobbits or Master Tumnus?
- Ohhh! That's difficult! Probably Mr. Tumnus...
6) …walk through an enchanted mirror or jump into a pool leading into another world?
- Jump into a pool into another world!
7) …live in a castle or a house in the treetops?
- House in the treetops absolutely!
8) …go over a waterfall in a barrel or climb Mt. Everest?
- Climb Mt. Everest!
9) …ride a buffalo or be a cannoneer in a sea battle?
- Both have a potential for immediate death. But probably, ride a buffalo.
10) Bonus question: you’re caught by the Bad Guys and tied up to a chair when a fire erupts at your feet (long story ;)). Do you break the ropes and tumble out the window, yell for help, or hop your chair across the room to take refuge in the cold fireplace/chimney corner?
- Take refuge in the fireplace.
Ooo great movies!
ReplyDeleteThanks! They're classics to me.
DeleteAh, yes, Westley showed us all how to easily beat Fezzik so it wouldn't be that hard.
ReplyDeleteIt's easier to kill a human than a mythical creature.
