A picnic scene in book or film

Much Ado About Nothing (1993)

When it comes to summer picnics in film nothing (in my mind at least) can hold a candle to the opening scene of Much Ado About Nothing. The beautiful scenery and sense of complete familial community amongst masters and servants. The fact the servants themselves are relaxing and enjoying the summer sun. It gives an absolute feeling of happiness and home.
