The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement (2004)
While I had some difficulty with this prompt, this memorable scene from The Princess Diaries sequel has always been a constant favorite with me. A young Anne Hathaway and Chris Pine (who was a relative unknown at the time) bickering back and forth (in a very thinly veiled Darcy/Bennet romance trope) and ending up in a fountain during an afternoon tea party...well that's just romantic comedy at its absolute finest.
I LOVE the burn "Why don't you go underwater and I'll count to a million." XD
